+ How does it work / When will I get my bosca(í)?

Place your order through our website (www.boscabakery.ie) by choosing your desired product. Please be aware that we only ship on Mondays for the foreseeable future, and last orders for the week will be on Fridays at 8pm.

We offer delivery via DPD:

At a cost of €5.50, your bosca(í) will be delivered on the overnight service. The vast majority of shipments arrive next-day from the date of dispatch, though some may take longer (1-3 days). For a variety of reasons we cannot and do not make any guarantees surrounding delivery timeframes. If you do not include an eircode, this may delay shipping times significantly.

+ How long do the bakes last?

Because our brownies are packed with real Belgian chocolate, they stay fresh for longer. We suggest up to 7 days in an airtight container at room temperature (if you have that kind of willpower!). You can freeze our products; they should be individually wrapped and consumed within three months after thorough defrosting, though we make no guarantees surrounding their quality post-freeze and do not factor this aspect into our recipes.

+ Will your brownies/cookies fit through my letterbox?

Our brownie trays and cookies definitely won't. Our brownie boscai might, depending on the letterbox. Once an order is scheduled for delivery with DPD, you will receive a text to the provided phone number with a link that will allow you to arrange alternative delivery days or places.

+ How do gift subscription boscaí work?

You can gift someone brownies every month for three or six months! Payment is taken monthly across the three- or six-month period.

With the first subscription box of a gift subscription, we’ll include a little message that lets the recipient know about the 3 months of joy to come!

The first payment is taken immediately upon purchase, with the bosca being sent out the following week. Payment is made on the same day every month - with the bosca being sent out as soon as possible afterwards.

+ How do monthly special subscriptions work?

Every month we have two limited edition delicious flavours for our monthly specials! They are available to order from the first to the last day of every month, before changing to new specials the next month. Get a bargain by subscribing to have the monthly specials sent to you automatically every month.

This is a rolling subscription which will be debited from your account each month. It can be cancelled at any time. The first payment is taken immediately upon purchase, with the bosca being sent out the following week. + Why is the shop showing everything as sold out?

In order to maintain our high standards of quality and customer service, we will be monitoring and limiting availability of our products as needed.

+ What pricing/billing information or invoice documentation is included with my order?

No invoice or billing information of any kind is included with our boscaí! It is all emailed to you at the time of purchase. Please check your junk folder if you have not received it.

+ Can I pre-order/order via social media/order via email?

We do not offer pre-ordering in the interests of logistics, record-keeping, and fairness. Any exceptions to this rule are discretionary.

+ Do you offer gluten free/sugar free/nut free/other options?

Unfortunately we’re not in a position to offer gluten free brownies at the moment (or any other special dietary requirements!). Our products are baked in a (decked out) home kitchen, so there is no way to ensure these product variants would meet requirements.

+ I need help with my order/there’s been a problem with my order, can you help?

We aim to answer all customer queries at the earliest possible opportunity to the best of our ability - we are a very small husband and wife team so please be patient.

+ I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change this?

We will try our best to change a delivery address for you, please contact us ASAP to do this. More info can be found in our terms and conditions.

+ My tracking says my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What can I do?

Due to the high volume of orders we receive and the fact that the vast majority of orders arrive overnight without incident, we can provide the tracking number for your consignment at your request. Bosca Bakery cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. Issues relating to the delivery aspect of your order must be raised directly with the carrier by contacting the relevant depot We do not have access to any information that customers do not when viewing information regarding their consignments and thus are unable to expedite queries relating to fulfilment of orders on DPD's part.
